With this time of year, and the many religious and spiritual holidays it encompasses, faith is a topic that gets discussed quite a bit. As a result, I thought this would be the perfect time to talk about how having faith can bring you peace of mind.

While faith can mean many different things, it’s not always a religious faith in a higher power. So, in this episode, I talk about what I mean when I use the word faith and explain the multiple ways it can help you achieve a better mind climate.

What you'll hear in this episode:

  • Variations of the definition of the word “faith” and which one I like to use when speaking about it

  • How having faith can improve your mind climate and help you achieve what you want

  • Why “staying on the train” is a great metaphor for how faith keeps us moving forward

  • The role faith played during certain childhood experiences of mine and how it helped define who I was at the time

  • The connection between faith and wealth consciousness

Integration:

Affirmation

  • I have faith in myself and in the universe.

Reflection

  • Think of a goal, desire, or state of being you would like that seems impossible.

  • For at least three minutes, allow yourself to believe that it is possible and think about what will be like after it’s obtained.

    • What are doing?

    • What are you feeling?

    • What do you look like?

    • What do your surroundings look like?

    • Is anyone else there with you?

  • Reflect on what came up for you and write it down.

Action

  • Write three of your own affirmations.
